Kathy has had a lifelong interest in art, inspired by a long family lineage of artists and fine craftsman. She has worked with several mediums and techniques, including graphite, oils, acrylics, pen & ink, colored pencil, watercolor, batik, faux finishing, stenciling, Ukrainian eggs, decorative painting, collage, and beaded jewelry.
She received a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1985, and is a technical program manager for a Navy research & development center.
